The Seller will not be considered to default if the delivery does not meet the Delivery Date
requirements due to delayed incoming shipments caused by logistics transportation arranged by
the GigaCloud. On the specified Delivery Date, the system will set the actual warehouse
receiving date to + 3 business days as the new Delivery Date. The delivery will be automatically
initiated on the new Delivery Date.
Requirements for applying for Delivery Date Protection:
1. The Future Goods Contract must be associated with the Incoming Shipment (Shipping Method
must be "Consigned Ocean Operation").
2. Total Quantity Available must be less than the Estimated Receiving Quantity (or the sum of
Estimated Receiving Quantity for multiple Incoming Shipments).
3. The Delivery Date must be on or after the Marketplace's Estimated Receiving Date of Incoming
Shipment. If there are multiple Incoming Shipments, the latest Estimated Receiving Date will
apply.
Conditions when Delivery Date Protection does not apply:
1. The Requested Shipping Date of the associated Incoming Shipment is modified, and the
Estimated Receiving Date after modification is later than the initial Delivery Date.
2. The quantity in stock after the warehouse receives the Incoming Shipment is less than the
Total Quantity Available. If the quantity that can be delivered cannot meet the agreed quantity,
the Seller will default to the agreement. For multiple Future Goods Agreements, the delivery
will be initiated according to the agreement fulfillment order.
